Beltoni Digital Notifications Program
- Description: Our Beltoni Digital Notifications messaging program enables you to receive informational and/or promotional messages from Beltoni Digital to your mobile device. Message types may include, but are not limited to, alerts, reminders, updates, offers, and marketing communications.
- Opt-In Requirement: You will only receive text messages after providing explicit consent via an online form, written agreement, or other documented method. Message Frequency, Costs and Deliverability
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the nature of the service. We will send as many messages as necessary to reply to any questions and/or messages you may send to us, or we may send you up to 5 messages in any 7-day interval to initiate an offer, a conversation, or to offer program-related information.
- Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Liability for Message Deliverability: Neither Beltoni Digital, nor the carriers shall be held liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
